It's wonderful to be in Matagalpa again. Coming here serves as some sort of benchmark as to where I find myself in this life. Today I found myself again welcomed into the arms, hearts and homes of my Nicaraguan family. There are almost 30 women in the casa right now! Their ages range from 15-36 and some had to travel 2 days to get to the casa. Today we walked to one of our usual spots and did some yoga under the shade of a mango tree. I think their favorite poses were tree and cat/cow (with sound effects of course)!
Matagalpa is changing! I'm on my iPhone in a cafe right now, there are hip new restaurants everywhere and for some strange reason it's almost 6 pm and it's still light out.
Phase 4 of this journey commences...
Oh! And my luggage was delivered!
