Piscacucho

Round Two. The second group has arrived from Ensworth High School in Nashville, Tennessee. The kids are wonderful and so excited to be here. They have lovingly embraced everything about thier experience. Piscacucho is a small town in the middle of the Andes. The views from everywhere are breathtaking. This morning I practiced yoga in front of my new home. Onlookers were curious, but approving. Perhaps by the end of next week I will have a Peruvian yoga community!

We will be helping to build a kitchen at the local elementry school. There we will also be involved in classes, planting seeds, playing games, sanding beams, moving dirt and enjoying the short time we have here.

Today, believe it or not, is yet another party! It is the Inti Raymi celebration of Ollantaytambo. I hiked to some ruins with a few students to see the ¨drama¨ from above the city and took even more pictures of dancers, costumes and local

How is it that I continue to be welcomed into the arms and homes of people all over the world?
