This skill is of utter importance when travelling across two Central American countries over the course of 11 hours, aboard 5 buses and one taxi and while waiting in two lines for four hours at the border. But alas, I arrived in one piece to my Nicaraguan home, Matagalpa after having spent the past four days in Samara beach, Costa Rica. There I relaxed ¨between gigs¨, surfed, swam to an island and finally did some authentic page-turning.
I shall dub this phase III of a six-stage adventure. I am consistently awed by the people I happen to meet and the places I stumble upon.
Today I will reunite with friends at the Casa Materna.
